Additionally, those who exhibited higher levels of neuroticism showed a greater likelihood of experiencing difficulties with project formulation or decision making as well as poorer work performance outcomes when they had insecure attachments. These findings suggest that while there are some general transferable skills that resilience-building techniques may be able to spread among refugees, the specific skills required for successful career development may be different for everyone.
